Flood management in Galleons Reach

Located across the site, near the London City Airport, there is a flood defence called the watergate that controls the amount of water that enters the river, but before this flood defence there is also the Thames flood gate that prevents higher volumes of water from flooding in zones 1-4.

My land is designed to take large quantities of water. Creating this flood plane will serve as a buffer to protect the people located in zones 2-3 from any severe damages and loss. This will also boost the ecology and life of the site.
